1. Buyer send links of items to purchase to me
2. I will submit request and send all payment through Japan proxy
3. Proxy staffs will then help to deal with J-seller

Terms & Conditions

  1. All request will be submitted through proxy website. I did not directly deal with Japanese sellers. But asking seller to upload more photos is possible, video is not possible. Read FAQs

  2. Only Japan shop purchasing service is available, any offline, fanchat/fancall events request are unable to be fulfilled

  3. You can ask me to quote the price before proceed or decide

  4. All transactions will be done through bank transfer/online transfer only except for 2nd payment

  5. Strictly no cancellation or back out after payment was made

  6. Instant Payment preferred

  7. Paid does not mean item is 100% secured. Any updates will be updated on masterlist or through DM.

  8. Request cancelled. If request got cancelled, the refund will be credited into my proxy Wallet first. You can decide to: i.) Find another item to replace or ii.) Request refund

  9. E.T.A (Estimated Time of Arrival) up to 1 month or more. Please don't join if can't wait

  10. MIA buyers. Once your items have arrived to me, if you didn't settle for 2nd payment, no response and didn't claim your stuffs after 1 month, I will resell your stuffs. No refund will be given.

  11. Once I send out your items, it's no longer my responsible. No refund if your items is lost due to delivery staffs fault.

❓How to calculate JPY into MYR?
Example:
If item price is: 350yen
1. add 500yen proxy fee : 350 +500 = 850 yen
2. 850 yen ÷ 30 = RM28.30

1. How much is International shipping?
Shipping is based on weight and which shipping courier I use (Fedex, Airmail or EMS), so I can't predict the amount. Estimation below is only for reference, price may exceed:
● Photocards, postcards & any small items: RM1~4 PER ITEM
● Albums, books, & any bigger items: RM10 and above PER ITEM2. How to identify if my photocards are official?
i. Look for listing that stated 公式 in description or title (but sometimes it's not 100% trusted, so please do check sellers profile too to see if there is any suspicious activity). If it's not stated, try comparing the picture to any official pc you can find on google or anywhere. Other than that, there will be no other way to find out.ii. If you see "Korean wave shop/Hallyu shop item" in description after translate, means it is 100% unofficial item (if it's written as "Korean Wave" only, that's just a tag keyword)
I won't be responsible and no refund will be given if items turned out to be counterfeit or fake!3. Can I buy some cards separately from this listing?
